Tasting Note
The 2014 Proprietary Red comes across as a blend of 2012 and 2013. It has some of the brightness of the 2013 but also the slightly more mid-weight structure of the 2012. Dark cherry, plum, mocha, espresso and menthol shape the nuanced, articulate finish, with floral notes and attractive lift.
