This is also decidedly restrained with its introverted nose of green apple, just sliced lemon, petrol, quinine and high-toned floral elements. There is once again outstanding density to the tension-filled flavors that brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract that coats the palate and buffers the firm acid spine shaping the youthfully austere and strikingly lengthy finale. This isn''t quite as powerful as the Clousots but it''s a bit more refined and I would make the same observation here as well, e.g. that this is a stunningly good villages. If you can find it, buy it.
